Order Changes & Exchanges
Please take the time to carefully check all order details, such as size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. Since we aim to process orders quickly, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.
If you notice an error, you have 6 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel and reorder correctly. If you have any questions before confirming your purchase, please feel free to contact us. Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority.
Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If your request is made outside this window, your order may have already moved into the processing or shipping stages.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel, please email us at [email protected].
Return Window
You have a 30-day window from the delivery date to return items. After this period, no refunds will be provided, and the order will be considered accepted.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item was damaged upon arrival
- Received design is different from what was ordered
- Size or material does not match the order
- Incorrect product was shipped
- Product description differs from the received item
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
- Defects must be due to a mistake on our end
- Original tags must still be attached
- Minor issues like loose threads are not eligible

Return and Refund Process
Please email your refund request and supporting documentation to [email protected]. Our Customer Service team will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days. Ensure email notifications are turned on. Refunds will be processed after we confirm eligibility.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. These will not be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. We will notify you by email upon receipt, and issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

Start by checking your bank account details, then contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary, and it could take 10-15 days for the refund to appear. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the delivery date. After this window, refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and exchanges are accepted only within the 30-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit, or those made without proper communication.
